Congressman David Rouzer, alongside Congressman Greg Murphy, M.D. (NC-03), will be hosting the fifth annual Water Adaptations to Ensure Regional Success (WATERS) Summit in Greenville, NC on Wednesday, October 21, 2026. Following four successful events, they look forward to discussing innovative and effective strategies to mitigate flooding and address waterway challenges in the region. This bipartisan effort is designed to foster legislative solutions and develop strategies to tackle these issues for years to come.
Rep. Rouzer and Rep. Murphy will be joined by leading scientific and academic experts, outside stakeholders, community leaders, along with many federal, state, and local officials.
