 – Congressman David Rouzer (NC-07) released the following statement on President Biden's COVID-19 vaccination and testing mandate issued by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA): 

“The decision to receive a COVID vaccine should be an individual choice — not a strong-armed federal mandate.  More workers will choose to leave their jobs making the supply chain disruptions worse, which is going to contribute to an even greater increase in inflation.  Additionally, our communities will be much less safe due to the number of law enforcement and first responders exiting the profession.”
