An Update on Tropical Storm Elsa

Dear Friend, The latest update from the National Weather Service in Wilmington predicts that Tropical Storm Elsa is expected to move north near the west coast of Florida over the next day or so. It is expected to weaken as it reaches the Carolinas later Wednesday into Thursday. Heavy rainfall, flooding, isolated tornadoes, and dangerous rip currents may impact our area as early as Wednesday night through Thursday evening. As the track and severity of Tropical Storm Elsa may change, please follow the advice of your local officials, monitor your local news, and make sure you are prepared.
